Return/Exchange Policy
Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, we are not allowing for the return of ANY orders for the safety of our employees. If a mask is defective upon arrival, please contact our email with pictures of the mask in question so we can evaluate a possible replacement. Please do not send anything to our store location without our permission for the safety of our employees.
We also do not allow for any exchange of masks that have already been opened for the safety of our employees. Should you keep your package entirely enclosed (the packing it was shipped in, DO NOT OPEN AT ALL) and email us about your request, we would be able to except an exchange. We take this very serious as worn masks are not able to be restocked to protect our workers and our customers. We thank you for your patience during these difficult times.
